The company is registered in the Commercial Register of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 1468, Page 5, Sheet PM26545, Entry 1.

These contractual conditions aim to regulate the contractual terms for contracting/reserving the services offered by the company through the website, and the corresponding economic consideration and/or payment to be made by the Client to the Company.

The company provides the recipient, before initiating the contracting procedure and by means appropriate to the communication medium used, permanently, easily, and free of charge, with clear, understandable, and unequivocal information regarding the following points:

• A) The various procedures to be followed for accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting are indicated on the website, where the client can consult, store, and reproduce them before completing the reservation.
• B) The company will electronically archive these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, which will be accessible at all times through the provided means.
• C) The company provides the client with the technical means necessary to identify and correct errors during the contracting process, according to the instructions indicated on the website.
• D) The language in which these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting are formalized is Spanish.
• E) Online contracting of services offered through this website will also be subject to the Legal Notice and the Particular Conditions applicable in each case.
• F) These General Terms and Conditions comply with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating electronic contracting; and Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, concerning the Defense of Consumers and Users.
• G) The formalization of any reservation or purchase of accommodation services through the website implies the express, full, and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, the Website Terms of Use, and, where applicable, the Particular Conditions.
• H) All information provided during the contracting process will be stored by the company. Any correction or modification of the data provided must be carried out in accordance with the instructions indicated on the website.
• I) By submitting personal data, the client gives express consent for its processing for the purpose of managing the contracting or reservation of the offered accommodation.
• J) The client contracts the hotel accommodation services of the company, and the company accepts the task of providing them according to the general and particular conditions in force, as well as the price and features indicated on the website.
• K) The establishment reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions without affecting reservations or promotions contracted prior to the modification.
• L) Each reservation will be subject to a specific cancellation policy, which must be consulted and accepted by the client before confirming the reservation or purchase.
• M) If a reservation needs to be modified before the arrival date, the client must do so exclusively through the official channels provided (website platform or email). Requests sent through unauthorized means will not be valid.
• N) Promotions, discounts, or special rates cannot be combined with each other or with other current offers. All discounts will be calculated on the official base price published at the time of reservation.
• O) Promotional conditions or discounts are not applicable to reservations already in stay (check-in completed) or to reservations in which clients have not checked in. All promotions are subject to availability and validity.
• P) Payment and cancellation conditions will depend on the chosen rate and will be shown during the reservation process.
• Q) Minors under 18 may only stay without an adult with the express authorization of their parents or legal guardians, presented before or during check-in, in a document including:
  • Full name and copy of the minor’s ID/passport.
  • Full names, copies of identity documents, and contact details of the parents or guardians.
  • Accommodation details (hotel name and reservation number).
  • Signature of parents or guardians.
• R) Generally, pets are not allowed in the group’s hotels. It is recommended to contact reception or reservations staff for further information.
• S) General Provisions: any situation, incident, or circumstance not expressly contemplated in these conditions will be resolved according to the establishment’s criteria, applying the current tourism and civil regulations, as well as good practices of the hotel sector. The establishment reserves the right to update or modify these conditions whenever necessary for the proper functioning of the service or compliance with applicable legislation.

I.- SELLER IDENTITY.

The Seller of the services contracted by the user is Promotions Developments Illetas, S.A., a company providing hotel accommodation services. The website www.roc-hotels.com is registered under Promotions Developments Illetas, S.A. The trademark is duly registered under the company’s name.

II.- PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS.

1. These contractual conditions aim to establish the terms for the sale and/or reservation of services to be contracted through the website www.roc-hotels.com. They govern the contractual relationship of purchase/reservation of hotel accommodation between the Seller and the Buyer when the latter accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase process. The characteristics of the contracted services are reflected on the relevant pages of this website, as well as the particularities of each transaction, always in Spanish.
2. The company provides, through the website, reservation and/or hotel accommodation sales services, always offered by PROMOTIONS DEVELOPMENT ILLETAS SA. This reservation and/or sale of hotel accommodation is governed by the Contractual Conditions herein and the Particular Conditions that may apply to each product or service offered.
3. The prices applicable to contracted products and/or services are those indicated on the website at the date of reservation and/or contracting. Offers will be clearly marked and identified, indicating the previous price and the promotional price.
4. All technical means and requirements necessary to access the website and the services/products offered therein are the sole responsibility of the User, as well as any expenses or taxes arising from the provision of such services.
5. Once accessed, to use the various services, the User must follow all instructions provided on the website, completing the Particular Conditions and other forms established for each service, which implies reading and accepting all General Terms and Conditions, as well as, where applicable, the Particular Conditions that may apply.
6. We strive to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service availability. However, due to technical, logistical, or external circumstances, the availability of some services may be temporarily affected. If a specific service is unavailable at a given time, we will make our best efforts to restore it as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for any inconvenience or damage arising from the unavailability of a particular service. It is the user’s responsibility to verify service availability with the property before requesting it and act prudently if a service is temporarily unavailable. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for losses, damages, or harm resulting from the unavailability of services on the website.

III.- PURCHASE AND/OR RESERVATION PROCEDURE.

Contracting services must be done by specifically selecting the desired type of accommodation using the selection tools installed on the website. Once the purchase and/or reservation request has been selected and verified, you will have expressly and fully accepted all the general conditions as shown on the company’s website prior to the acquisition of the requested services. From the moment of acceptance, the user becomes a Client of the company as described in these General Terms. Any services, products, and/or reservations offered later by the company will require a new contracting process. Users/clients are recommended to carefully read these General Terms and print or save the document electronically.

IV.- GENERAL TERMS ON CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

By contracting our services, you authorize us to share your personal data with FLEXMYROOM INSURETECH, S.L., based in Benidorm (03503 – Alicante), Calle Gambo, 6-2º-F, Tax ID B42687616, solely for the purpose of protecting your reservation through the insurance services and products offered. Only the strictly necessary data for activating the insurance (name, ID number, postal address, and contact details) will be shared. This entity will delete your personal data once the service has ended and the legally established retention periods have passed. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and not being subject to automated decisions at datos@flexmyroom.com.

V.- GENERAL TERMS OF STAY. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS.

The reservation conditions will be complemented by the following once the guest arrives at the reserved accommodation. Once the client has checked in, they will be considered a GUEST IN STAY:

• A) Check-in and check-out times are those indicated on the establishment’s official website.
• B) Reservations remain valid until 11:59 PM on the arrival date indicated in the reservation.
• C) If the client’s arrival occurs on a different date or time than indicated, they must notify reception in advance. Requests are subject to availability and express acceptance by the establishment.
• D) During the stay, any modification of contracted services or initially reserved conditions must be communicated to the establishment. Such requests are also subject to availability and acceptance.
• E) In the event of early or unforeseen departure, the establishment reserves the right to apply penalties for unused nights. “Unforeseen departure” means when the reservation holder and/or their companions leave before the scheduled check-out date.
• F) The establishment reserves the right of admission, according to current regulations and internal safety and coexistence policies.
• G) Any situation, incident, or circumstance not expressly covered in these conditions will be resolved according to the establishment’s criteria, applying current tourism and civil regulations, as well as hotel industry best practices. The establishment reserves the right to update or modify these conditions whenever necessary for proper service operation or compliance with applicable law.
