What do I need to do to cancel my booking and request a refund of the cancellation fees? If you meet any of the reasons described above and have booked with a non-refundable rate, please follow these steps: 1. Contact us requesting the cancellation of your booking and the invoice for the fees. 2. Contact the insurance company via email at flexmyroom@arag.es, indicating your personal details and policy number, attaching the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation. 3.
