GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS.
The booking conditions will be supplemented by those described below once the guest arrives at the booked accommodation. Once the guest has checked into the booked accommodation, they will be considered as a STAYING GUEST:
A) The check-in and check-out times will be as indicated on the establishment's official website.
B) Reservations will remain valid until 11:59 p.m. on the day of arrival established in the reservation.
C) In the event that the client's arrival occurs on a date or time slot different from the one indicated in the reservation, the reception staff must be notified in advance. Such requests will be subject to availability and the express acceptance of the establishment.
D) During the stay, any modification of the contracted services or the conditions initially booked must be communicated to the establishment. These requests will also be subject to availability and acceptance by the same.
E) In the event of early or unforeseen departure, the establishment reserves the right to apply the corresponding penalties on the amount of the nights not enjoyed.
"Unforeseen departure" means a situation in which the holder of the reservation and/or their companions leave the establishment before the scheduled check-out date.
F) The establishment reserves the right of admission, in accordance with current regulations and internal policies of security and coexistence.
G) Any situation, incident or circumstance not expressly contemplated in these conditions will be resolved in accordance with the criteria of the establishment, applying current tourism and civil regulations, as well as good practices in the hotel sector.
