"Estancia en Mayo 2019"

El comedor es muy ruidoso y con poca ventilación, no se puede seguir una conversación sin chillar. Poco personal en el comedor, las mesas están muy juntas y tardan en estar disponibles, cerraron una terraza por falta de personal. El bufete para la restauración muy corriente.

Hemos pasado 4 noches en este bonito hotel y nos ha encantado, sobre todo la chica Animadora MARÍA, un encanto, y como nuestra hija LUCÍA se lo ha pasado Gracias a ella, animadores como ella favorecen que padres busquemos hoteles como este para venir en familia, sabiendo que nuestros hijos se llevan una experiencia Inolvidable. Y Gracias a Nina, una crack en el restaurante, muy amable y simpática. Gracias por todo, volveremos..

"Poor Experience "

I would not recommend Hotel Roc Marbella Park for anyone. The reviews online seemed to be great and the price was very affordable. But upon arriving we were disappointed and put off pretty quickly. We checked in and immediately it seemed things weren’t going to be convenient. We were hungry and wanted to eat at the pool bar/snack house. In order to get food you needed to buy vouchers at the front desk. They said we couldn’t charge anything to the room. The food available was gross looking hamburgers and hot dogs that wasn’t even really fit for a dog. We also bought drink vouchers but you could only get their drink of the day at the time. So basically a waste as we weren’t really interested. We then wanted to go into the pool and the front desk would only provide towels with a 10€ deposit PER towel. Again, could not charge this to the room. The pool was actually nice and had slides to go down. But the walk ways around the pool were covered in bird shit splattered everywhere. Later we then went to the buffet dinner which left a lot to be desired. The beer and wine on tap at least dulled our taste buds a bit to make the food bearable. There weren’t many child friendly options either. Everything seemed to have been frozen and reheated. We then returned to our room and promptly passed out. I woke the following morning and there were a few ants on the bed. It being Spain I flicked them off and hoped those were the only ones. That wasn’t the case as I then found a line of them going around the room. This room itself though wasn’t even very comfortable. It was all tile with no type of rug. There was no coffee maker or kettle either. The beds moved and slid across the floor with the slightest touch. Nothing about the room screamed rest and relaxation for a vacation. My daughter and I then went to the buffet breakfast included hoping for better food than from the prior evening. We were even more disappointed and left hungry. The eggs were gritty and plasticky feeling, the hard boiled eggs were insanely over cooked with grey/greenish yolks and the pancakes that the lady was attempting to make were butchered and paper thin. All the fruit had clearly been frozen. They were hard and lacked flavor. And the croissants looked like they had been bought in a bag from a grocery store and then smashed by every can of food they had. My daughter and I barely ate and needed to go back to our room to make sandwiches that we had brought ourselves. The hotel also advertised a kids club and spa. The kids club seemed non existent and the spa we didn’t utilize. From appearances it looked like the kind you’d get a cheap coupon for from Groupon with a happy ending in fine print or from someone in a back alley selling shady tickets. I later went to shower. Big mistake. It soaked everything in the bathroom and flooded all over the floor. By then I was just over being in the hotel and extremely disappointed in it. It had good reviews and decent pictures online but everything seemed a hassle and not relaxing or convenient at all. I went to the front desk and asked about cancellation policies. I told them about the ants and flooded bathroom. They advised me since it was an hour past check out that they would still charge me for the entire day but would at least refund me for the following day. However I needed to go through Booking.com to change the dates even though I had paid the hotel directly upon arrival. The website wasn’t working for me but at least they called for me. They didn’t seem to be concerned about losing business or wanting to offer accommodations. We promptly packed up and headed to another hotel 25 min away to salvage what was left of our short vacation. We will not be returning and will advise anyone else to not go as well.

"Hotel ROC Costa park torremolines may'19"

Just back from an amazing 7 night stay here, the food and service is top quality, all staff who work at hotel are so pleasant, Imed to greet you at door who is very funny and great with children during dinner and at pool bar. The entertainment staff are brilliant all day and night keeping everybody entertained all day by pool with games etc. One of the entertainment staff Quique is very good at his job and keeps everybody smiling all day and night, i can't praise him enough for the work he does all day with both adults and children, I will definitely be back to this hotel.
