"Comedor de pena"

Hemos llegado hoy.El hotel aparentemente bien.Pero el comedor de pena.Ya no se que decirle a mis hijos.Venían ilusionados y a la hora de las comidas...me da vergüenza. Hoy no pudimos sentarnos a comer en condiciones No había mesas ni nadie que organizara nada.Cuando nos sentammis pirfin en una mesa nadie nos puso cubiertos.Los tuvimos que buscar y faltaba de todo.Faltaba vasos cucharas etc.Además ya no reponían los alimentos y no es que llegáramos tarde ,llegamos una hora antes de cerrar.Pensé y me fije esto sera accidental...esta noche en la cena allí de los primeros.Todo a peor...faltan cubiertos faltan vasos ,platos y además todo muy mal lavado y sucio.De vergüenza.Mi hija se tomo el helado con un tenedor por falta de cucharillas, comían sin vados para tonar algo etc.No reponían zumos ni nada.Y aun me faltan unos días para irme...ni se si aguantare

Estoy un poco disgustada porque a pesar de que tiene una gran variedad de animaciones y juegos, la comida no estaba buena y había poca variedad para elegir.

"Vacaciones en familia"

Unas vacaciones en familia espectaculares!!!!! Nunca escribo comentarios, pero esta vez tenia que hacerlo porque el trato que hemos recibido ha sido exquisito por parte de TODO el personal del hotel, por lo que no queria dejar de pasar la oportunidad de dejar por escrito mi enhorabuena a todos y todas los trabajadores y trabajadoras y decirles que mil gracias por todo!!!!! Las instalaciones exteriores geniales, el todo incluido fantastico, siempre reponiendo, la comida en el salón riquisima y siempre variada....en definitiva volveria sin dudarlo!!!!! La unica pega es que en el edificio principal solo hay un ascensor y es un poco lento, pero por decir algo negativo, he vuelto encantada de mis vacaciones!!!! Gracias y enhorabuena al equipo!!!!Besos.

"Great "

After a vacation here last year, we decided to come back again for two weeks. And we were not disappointed. Good standard airconditioned rooms, not the most luxious but clean and more than well enough for it's price. Good beds, cleaned and new towels daily if you want to. Location is ok, not to much happening in it's near surroundings, supermarkets, pharmacy and little shops and restaurants in walking distance. Larger cities easy to reach by bus, which stops almost before the entrance. Cheap, and within half in hour in Marbella or Fuerengirola. We had an All Inclusive service, which was great. For us the food was good, Plenty to choose from, and a changing theme daily (Asian, Spanish etc). All serivces Breakfast , (warm)lunch and diner are good. At the pool bar, there some cold and warm snacks, as these are kept in covered chafing dishes, it's not Michelin quality, but more than well enough to get some if you like a hamburger, nuggets, corden bleu or sandwhich. What stands out is the staff and service. Superfriendly. And an animation team which does excelent in entertaining, both old and young, during both day and evening. Once again we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitly advise people to go. Big special thanks you to Marbela Park staff. From reception, to cleaning to restaurant/bar and animation.
